4. Don’t Take Caffeine:

Many students often consume a large amount of caffeine to pull all-nighters. Is this effective? Not at all! In fact, taking caffeine at night can not only disrupt your sleep but also increase anxiety. This means that you might not be able to do well in your exam even if you have studied everything. Instead of caffeine, you can take:

  • Peppermint tea
  • Smoothies (strawberry, banana)
  • Lemon and honey tea

5. Manage Your Time Efficiently:
